GLITTER BARISTA CHAMPIONSHIP II: REVENGE OF THE GLITTER

Our second friendly competition was a rollicking signature beverage competition attached to the 2018 USCC Denver Qualifier hosted at Huckleberry Coffee Roasters.

Competitors had 15 minutes to make a dial-in a coffee as espresso and build a signature beverage using only ingredients from an Ingredient Library. This wasn’t easy! There were items such as simple syrup or lime juice to marshmallow fluff, pepperonis, and balsamic vinegar! The judges all said that “most” drinks were, at least, drinkable!
