Glitter Cat Barista 2020

“Glitter Cat is not just an open door but it's a key to all the other doors.”

So, I'm a midwest girl through and through, casserole,  corn fed, sturdy woman, and I didn't consider like flavor notes and tasting. And I tasted this one Ethiopian coffee from Sidamo and I actually tasted blueberries and it just blew my mind.

Glitter Cat is not just an open door but it's a key to all the other doors. This information, these tools, should be available to everyone because it would make our profession better as a whole. And so  It's just a beautiful thing to see like all the good things that can happen when people prioritize sharing information and pushing us all as a unit forward.

What I really have learned is that when I have achieved the the things, because I do believe my goals are attainable, I want to facilitate people believing that their goals are attainable as well.
